1. Services
J.C. Landscaping MD LLC provides lawn mowing, mulching, forestry cleanout, and related landscaping services to residential properties in Carroll County, Maryland and surrounding areas. The specific scope, pricing, and timeline for any work will be discussed and agreed upon between you and J.C. Landscaping prior to the start of service.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by J.C. Landscaping are subject to change based on actual site conditions, scope of work, and any unforeseen circumstances discovered during the course of service. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed to the final scope and pricing.
If the scope of work changes or additional services are requested, updated pricing will be communicated to you before any additional work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including accepted methods of payment, deposit requirements, and due dates, will be discussed and agreed upon between you and J.C. Landscaping at the time of service agreement. Any specific payment arrangements will be communicated to you directly by the owner.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service scheduling is arranged directly between you and J.C. Landscaping. We make every effort to honor scheduled appointments and will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees or notice requirements, will be discussed at the time of booking. Weather related delays or cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
5. Property Access and Conditions
By requesting our services, you grant J.C. Landscaping permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the agreed upon work. You are responsible for informing us of any known hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, property boundaries, or other conditions that may affect the safe completion of work.
J.C. Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fencing, or other features that were not disclosed prior to the start of work.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, J.C. Landscaping MD LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the performance of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
J.C. Landscaping is not liable for damage caused by preexisting property conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Insurance
J.C. Landscaping MD LLC is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
